Louisiana Hunter Education Field Day
Online registration is required. Please bring your voucher with you to class! All materials will be provided including firearms, ammo, skeet, ear and eye protection. DO NOT BRING PERSONAL FIREARMS TO CLASS!!! Students MUST attend the entire 5 hours. There is a drink machine in the office but if you wish to bring a drink and snack, you may. Our office is located at 368 CenturyLink Drive. If you are coming from the South. Travel on Highway 165 North, apprx. 6 miles from Interstate 20. You will pass Brookshires, the NELA Veterans Home, and CenturyLink HQ on your right. The next traffic light passed the CenturyLink HQ is Technology Drive. Take a right off HWY 165 onto Technology Drive (look for LDWF District 2 Office sign). Wind around the CenturyLink parking garage to the stop sign. At the stop sign take a left, cross the bayou, and our office is on the right. If coming from the North: as you enter Monroe you will pass Ouachita Christian School (OCS) on your right. The next traffic light passed OCS is Technology Drive (If you pass the bowling alley you have gone too far). Take a left onto Technology Drive and wind around CenturyLink parking garage to the stop sign. At the stop sign take a left, cross the bayou, and our office is on the right. Before attending a Hunter Education Field Day, Students must complete the Home Study Hunter Education Course. The Louisiana Field Day Qualifier Voucher must be printed and presented to the Instructor.
