Traditional Hunter Education
You have to complete the Hunter Safety Study Guide prior to the class. The guide can be picked up for free at Shooters Paradise in Oxnard. Cost is $15 cash or check the day of the class. No credit Cards.Park at the Moose Lodge across the street. Bring a lunch and water if you want. There are places to eat very close by if you want to get a lunch when we take a break.

The Traditional Hunter Education course consists of a minimum of 10 hours of classroom, homework, and field instruction. The Traditional Course is most often preferred by first-time hunters.STOP All students are required to obtain a California Get Outdoors ID (GO ID) prior to registering for California Hunter Education courses.
